Article 4 (Use of Service and Minimum Usage Period)
1. During the term of the service agreement, users may use the service in accordance with these terms and as prescribed by the Group.
2. The minimum usage period is set to either 6 or 12 months, starting from the initial billing date or the start date of service following a plan change (please confirm the duration listed on the website before use, as it varies by plan). The service agreement will be automatically renewed upon expiration, with the same renewal terms applying unless terminated in accordance with Article 20.
3. Cancellations or reductions in usage cannot be made during the minimum usage period.
4. As stated in Article 5.3, depending on the application date, two billing cycles may occur within the initial month of application. In cases where two payments are processed in the first month, the service will be available until the 11th of the following month, ensuring no major disadvantages to the customer. Please note that slight variations in service days may occur based on the application date.
Article 5 (Fees and Payment Methods)
Users shall pay the usage fees calculated based on the fee structure specified on our company’s website, using the designated credit card. Any costs incurred for payment shall be borne by the user.
The payment for the first month’s usage fee is processed within 3 days of the application date if the credit card information provided in the registration information is correct. The first month’s payment is not prorated, and users agree to this condition.
The usage fees are billed once on the application date and then automatically on the 11th of each subsequent month. Therefore, two payments may occur in the initial month if applied before the 11th. For example, if applied on the 9th, automatic billing on the 11th of each month will also occur. However, services will be provided until the 11th of the following month, ensuring no significant disadvantage to the user.
Monthly payments are processed through the designated credit card via the payment company. For the first month, payment is processed within 3 days of the application date.
Monthly usage fees are handled as advance payments to ensure smooth operation, and services will be suspended if payment is not confirmed. Services will resume once payment is confirmed, but the user is responsible for the full amount even if services were suspended.
Late payments will incur a 3% annual penalty. Services will be suspended if payments are overdue for more than two months, and the outstanding amount will accumulate.
Users wishing to pay in Japanese yen will have the following fees: IG BASIC / Insta Up Plan: ¥18,900 x 12 months = ¥226,800; IG Design Plan: ¥39,800 x 6 months = ¥238,800; IG + MEO Plan: ¥69,800 x 6 months = ¥418,800. Exchange fees vary by card issuer.
Users wishing to pay in USD will have the following fees: IG BASIC / Insta Up Plan: $128 x 12 months = $1,536; IG Design Plan: $268 x 6 months = $1,608; IG + MEO Plan: $469 x 6 months = $2,814. Exchange fees vary by card issuer.
Application date and minimum usage period for this contract: one year from the contract date.
Agreement for this contract: Use for customer acquisition and business purposes.
Application process: Self-application via the web (no telephone solicitation).
Article 6 (Refunds)
Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be provided after payment, and users agree to this condition.
The service fee is charged immediately upon the application date (usage application date), and users agree that the service start date is not relevant.
Due to the nature of the product, no refunds or returns will be provided. This is because of personnel placement, server installation, and the provision of call centers and other support. This service is intended for customer acquisition and business use only and is not available for personal use. As a result, cooling-off does not apply. However, if the user applied for personal use and it is confirmed that our company solicited the user, this condition does not apply.
In the event of an unauthorized card chargeback despite utilizing our services, we will charge a damage fee of USD 800 in addition to the service fee. Furthermore, a daily prorated late fee will be incurred for any delay in the payment of the service fee and damage fee.

Article 18 (Changes to these Terms)
Users understand that our company may freely change the content of this service due to the characteristics of the service, including changes to the specifications or terms of the platform and other changes that may affect the service.
Our company may change these Terms (including rules and regulations related to this service posted on our company's website).
When changing these Terms, our company will notify users of the changes and the effective date of the changes by the method prescribed by our company.

The service provision period after cancellation is until the 11th of the month following the month in which the cancellation was made.
◾️ Contractual Cancellation Terms
In this contract, early termination or reduction of the service period is not typically permitted. However, early termination can be made possible by paying a cancellation fee. After the cancellation fee is paid and the contract is terminated, no services will be provided.
◾️ Reason for the Cancellation Fee
To offer this service, initial investments and ongoing support costs have been incurred. The cancellation fee is set to cover these costs and ensure fairness and benefit for all users.
Initial Investment Costs: The purchase of equipment (e.g., iPhones) necessary for users to utilize the service.
Ongoing Support Costs: Labor costs for personnel assigned to service provision, server fees, and customer support staff wages.
Opportunity Loss: This service operates under a monthly capacity limit, and once a subscription is accepted, other potential clients must be turned away, leading to opportunity losses due to cancellation.
Content Provision Costs: Costs incurred for creating and distributing video content provided in the management dashboard, as well as consultant labor for editing support functions.
◾️ Cancellation Fee Amount
The cancellation fee is calculated based on 70% of the remaining contract period. This ensures that the incurred costs are covered and fairness is maintained for all users.
The monthly service fee is 128 USD.
(Example: For a 12-month contract with a monthly fee of 128 USD, if the user wishes to cancel after 2 months, the remaining period is 10 months. The cancellation fee will be 70% of the remaining period, which is 896 USD.)
◾️ Payment Method for Cancellation Fee
The cancellation fee is to be transferred to the account of a designated payment agency. The transfer details will be provided during the cancellation process or can be confirmed by the user in the cancellation application section of the management dashboard.
Article 21 (Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
Users cannot assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of their contractual status or rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without our company's prior written consent. If our company transfers the business related to this service to another company, we may transfer the contractual status, rights, and obligations under these Terms, as well as user registration information and other customer information, to the transferee, and users agree to such transfers in advance. Such business transfers include not only ordinary business transfers but also company splits and other cases where the business is transferred.
Article 22 (Survival Provisions)
The provisions of Article 5 (only in cases of unpaid fees), Article 6, Paragraph 2 of Article 7, Paragraph 3 of Article 8, Article 9, Article 10, Paragraph 2 of Article 11, Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Article 11, Articles 12 to 16, and Articles 20 to 22 shall remain effective even after the termination of the Usage Contract.
Article 23 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The governing law for these Terms is UAE national law regarding the platform, and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE domestic courts of first instance. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if the user is a corporation or individual outside of the UAE, the dispute shall be finally resolved by one or more arbitrators selected in accordance with the then-current arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and administered by the ICC's International Court of Arbitration.
Article 24 (Resolution by Discussion)
If any matters not stipulated in these Terms or any doubts regarding the interpretation of these Terms arise, our company and the users shall resolve them promptly through mutual consultation in good faith.
Article 25 (Language)
In case of any inconsistency between the Japanese version and the translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
